Jab tum uthte ho aur seedhe phone, notifications, deadlines… tumhara mind turant survival mode mein chala jata hai.
Par agar tum bas 10 minute calmly baithe raho — chai ke saath, silence ke saath, ya apne thoughts ke saath — tumhara brain shift ho jata hai chaos se clarity.
